Scopes Used for Google Drive and Google Cloud Storage

For Google Drive:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive: Full, permissive scope that allows Rclone to edit, create, and delete files in your Google Drive.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.metadata.readonly: Allows Rclone to read metadata of your Google Drive files without accessing the file content.

For Google Cloud Storage:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/devstorage.read_write: Full, permissive scope to access all of a user’s files, excluding the Application Data folder.
