Manage Terabox Storage — Sync and Backup Files with RcloneView
Connect Terabox to RcloneView for a full-featured cloud management experience — browse, sync, back up, and transfer your files without touching a command line.
Terabox offers a large free cloud storage quota, making it a popular choice for storing video archives, project files, and personal backups. But managing that storage efficiently — especially when you need to move files to other providers or schedule regular backups — calls for a proper tool. RcloneView mounts AND syncs 90+ providers from one window, on Windows, macOS, and Linux, so Terabox fits naturally into any multi-cloud workflow you already have.

Connect Terabox to RcloneView
Adding Terabox as a remote takes only a minute. Open RcloneView and navigate to the Remote tab, then click New Remote. Scroll through the provider list and select Terabox, enter your account credentials when prompted, and save. RcloneView stores the connection in its embedded rclone configuration, so you never have to repeat the setup.
Once connected, Terabox appears as a tab in the Explorer panel. You can browse your folders, create new directories, rename files, and check storage usage — all from the same two-pane interface you use for every other provider. The breadcrumb path bar makes it easy to navigate deep folder hierarchies without losing track of where you are.
Sync and Back Up Files from Terabox
RcloneView's four-step sync wizard lets you configure a Terabox backup job in minutes. Set Terabox as your source, choose any destination — a local folder, an external drive, or another cloud provider — and name the job. The advanced step lets you tune concurrent transfers and enable checksum verification, ensuring every file that lands at the destination matches the original byte-for-byte.
Before committing to a full sync, run a Dry Run from the Job Manager to preview exactly which files will be copied or removed. This is especially useful when working with large Terabox archives where an accidental deletion would be costly. Once you're satisfied with the preview, run the job and monitor real-time progress in the Transferring tab at the bottom of the screen.
Transfer Terabox Files to Other Clouds
A common use case is migrating content out of Terabox to a provider with tighter regional data residency or lower egress costs. With both remotes open in side-by-side Explorer panels, you can drag files directly from Terabox to Amazon S3, Google Drive, Backblaze B2, or any of RcloneView's other supported providers. Drag-and-drop between different remotes always copies rather than moves, so your Terabox originals remain intact until you decide to clean them up.
For larger migrations, create a dedicated Copy or Sync job. RcloneView supports 1:N synchronization on the FREE license, meaning you can push a single Terabox folder to multiple destinations in a single job run — useful when you want both a primary backup and a cold-archive copy.
Review Job History and Monitor Transfers
After each run, RcloneView logs the outcome in Job History. You can filter by date range, check whether a job completed, errored, or was cancelled, and review the total bytes transferred and transfer speed. For anyone managing a large Terabox library across multiple workflows, this audit trail is invaluable for spotting anomalies — a sudden spike in error counts often signals a quota limit or network issue worth investigating.
PLUS license holders can attach a cron-style schedule to any Terabox job and enable notifications on completion, so the backup truly runs hands-free.
